July 2008 – May 2009
Built my own home recording studio for vocals. Released Worwyk “Malignant” with Producer Tom Vitacco.
2007 -
Got deal with Ed Stone Clothing, and landed a role in Killer Wolf Films “Fist of the Vampire” Along with Darkling music on the soundtrack.
2006 -
Herod broke up shortly after the release of our CD and I rejoined Darkling. Recorded Metal Reborn. Darkling ended in June of 2008.
2005 –
Got the attention of CC Deville from Poison about a project he was working on, went out to LA for 10 days and he blew me off. I then ended up landing a gig for National Recording artists Herod (Lifeforce Records) after their previous vocalist Judah Nero left due to vocal problems. We went into the studio in January 2006 to record Rich Man’s War, Poor Man’s Fight with producer Doug White. The record was released in March 2006 US/Canada and April 2006 in Europe. My proudest moment was seeing my CD on the shelf at Walmart, and best buy.
2001 – 2004 -
Joined Darkling (Rutt Records), opened for Ripper Owens, Metal Church, Dora Pesch, Joey Belladonna, Stephen Pearcy, 3 Inches of Blood, Josh Todd, & more. Signed a deal with Killer Wolf Films for the Video Sould Out, and our music was included in “Attack of the Swamp Zombies.”
1994 – 1999 -
Joined Ballistic, The Unexpected/Suicide Jack (same band), Opus(cover band).
1991 – 1993 -
I joined local band Poetic Justice and started taking vocal lessons. In lessons I learned that I had a 3 1/2 octave range. Our claim to fame was opening for Stephen Pearcy’s band Arcade in front of over 1800+ people, playing a music conference in Rochester in front of Rob Affuso(Skid Row), and Eddie Kramer, Hanging out with Lemi from Moterhead, & me tapping on Don Dokken’s shoulder annoying him.
1988 – 1990 -
I got into my first band playing the keyboard. I remember we were doing Van Halen “Aint talkin bout Love” That song had no keyboards, and we had no singer, so I just grabbed the mic and started singing. I never looked back. Around this time, I Got introduced to bands like Judas Priest, Metallica, Iron Maiden, & Queensryche.
I shared vocals in a cover band named “After Dark” and got my first studio experience recording 3 cover songs. After that band split, I then took vocals more seriously, gave up smoking, stayed clear of drugs, except 4 booze, the occassional smoke here/there
, took both classical and opera style vocal lessons.
1985 -1987 –
Gave up the guitar and got into keyboards. I loved how you could get so many different sounds out of a keyboard then you could with a guitar. My friend Jay Suto, got me into it because he was, and still is, one of the best piano/keyboardists I know.
1984 –
Got Van Halens 1984 Album, Billy Idol, Quiet Riot, Motley Crue’s Shout at the Devil album. My Grandmother bought me the Billy Idol album, and I think my parents got me the others. I don’t think I asked for them but I fell in love the guitars and heavy metal sound. I immediately picked up the guitar and joined a band.
1983 –
Was big into hip-hop (Run DMC, Fat Boys, LL Cool Jay), break dancing, and beat boxing. (there I said it.)
